There was a baseball team in town from Fargo North Dakota, and from about 10 o’clock till two in the morning they ran the halls screaming and shout at the top of their lungs, and slamming doors. Where was the hotel staff? Where was their adult supervision? Then, the next morning we got up to go sit in the hot tub and try to relax, and the hot tub was out of order. Had we known that ahead of time, we would’ve booked another hotel.

Needs cleaning and supplies.

We got a room with the tub in the room. It was freezing cold water so that was a waste. No milk fir the cereal in the morning. They were out completly when asked. There was stains everywhere on the coushins of the couch and the shower had hair on the bottom and walls.

Room was clean.. breakfast not great.. coffee not great.. Hazelnut creamer only option.. yuk!

we liked the staff they all were amazing and went out of their way. they were overworked for one and still friendly the next morning. however, the sign out front made our travel time and guests unaware of your hotel we did not know that dec 15 it took down your sign and the top of one of your garbage's. that should have been fixed by now certainly you have insurance to be in business. as well as people in the pool after 1100 pm. my daughter lives there i will be back as i have a new grandbaby but you need to cater to your employees or do it yourself to keep your customers. We were appreciative as we know pandemic reasons, we have the same problem in Sioux falls. a thanks to those individuals that worked that weekend 0f Jan 28, 2022, they should get a raise.....

The room had a very bad stench, but the front desk gave us a spray that the cleaning lady forgotten to do. As we were told it was “deeply cleaned”. We ended up cleaning the whole room before letting our newborn and 2 small boys go in. We wanted to leave to holiday inn, but they couldn’t refund us. The shower curtain needs to be replaced as it has dirt stains and mold. Tub was very dirty, toilet is very loose off the ground, and the pool was very dirty so they shut it down for the whole weekend saying they need a new filter. Staff is very lazy and not very helpful. There was no coffee maker in room but there was coffee cups. The blankets felt like plastic and stinks a little. It was not comfortable at all on both beds cigg buds all over the floor in front and it with no elevator it was very inconvenient for our mom that has bad knees and had no rooms available on main floor. Overall it was not a good stay and won’t stay again. It was not worth the 160 for a night.

I was very disappointed when we arrived to see the swimming pool was closed due to bad filter. I really wanted to have been informed about this when I had children with me! I was in town for a family memorial gathering . Having something the kids could do fun would have been very nice. No apology no discount no nothing! We stay at places with a pool when you have children! Keep us informed

Pool was out of order the entire weekend main reason we booked this hotel was for the pool area. They could also be more aware of the breakfast area
