It's affordable and close to IT Park. However, the refrigerator is not working, the shower area is too small and prone to accidents because of the floor is slippery.

Great rooms at convenient location

Wonderful, clean rooms and the establishment is conveniently located with easy access to dining and shopping establishments. Perhaps the only problem is that I don't feel safe with the terrace door. It's the kind of door with a lock that's easily damaged, and thus, I cannot lock it. Room 510. Also, my minifridge is not turned on and I don't know how it should be turned on or if it'll be an additional payment if I turn it on. Moreover, I'm not sure if the three bottled waters are free (as it is listed in the hotel description here in hotels-dot-com) because on the fridge,there's a sign that bottled water costs 30pesos. On the plus side, great wifi and view (at the back of hotel), and great room amenities for work/freelance related stuff e.g. desks, power outlets, etc

Hotel, amenities and personnel were good. But what I don't like is the inclusion of guest rate to the amount paid for the room we checked-in. I am still hoping that the amount added to the rate of the room should be paid back to me. Thank you.
