Red Roof Inn Hillsville

I drive through a snow storm and arrived after midnight. The man at the front desk was warm and welcoming. He was kind and considerate. The room was clean and the bed was SO comfortable. The next morning, the lady at the front desk was as kind and helpful as the previous employee. The staff there is wonderful! The accommodation were amazing! I would salary there again and recommend it to friends. I was pleasantly surprised. I’d expected a “barely liveable” space to accommodate my weariness on the most basic level. The Red Roof Inn far surpassed my expectations!

This is not a luxury hotel and with CoVid there will be no breakfast. Those are givens. That said, I needed a clean, safe, quiet, and non-smoking place to rest and this was wonderful.

Professional customer service. Good night sleep. Very clean and beautiful. Loved it will definitely stay again.

Did find a large bug on the ceiling this morning, other than that all went well.

It was good. Noise level was a little high from neighbors but tolerable.

Excellent price. Newer facilities. Clean. Comfortable beds.

It was clean and cheap. Pet friendly. Front desk clerk was nice. I should have asked for handicapped. No elevator, so we left our stuff in the car. My fault though.

Great road side motor court. Only two stories, so no elevator, be sure if making reservations, to request first floor if you need not climb stairs. Pet friendly, really quite comfortable. We'll stay here again

Bed was comfortable, room clean. Be sure to ask for ground level room if you have difficulty with stairs
