dirty, loud roosters, bugs everywhere. Avoid.

Bugs all over in the room, which you can almost expect anywhere in ubud. But the bathroom was especially gross. I didn’t feel clean after I showered and it smelled like sewage. Just feels run down and dirty. Also there are roosters on the property that go off non stop around 5am. Even ear plugs couldn’t drown them out. You have you pick your breakfast and time the night before, which isn’t convenient for most travelers. Pay $5 more and you’ll get a better hotel near by, I guarantee it. I will not stay here again even though the staff was very sweet, as they are everywhere in Bali.

Good value for money, but has some problems

Stayed for 4 nights and had an OK time. The place is a quick walk from center of Ubud. It has a pretty nice pool area which is overlooked by the rooms. Wifi/internet did basically not work at all during our entire stay. We asked them to fix it, they tried, did not work. Breakfast is ordered the day before, which actually was a bit of a hassle cause you have to remember to do it. You set a specific time for your breakfast, but they were often 20 minutes late with delivering it. The staff was very friendly, but generally seemed young and inexperienced. Rooms and everything else was I good condition. The hotel is situated against the forest so it's very calm, expect for a small drum party on other side of the forest.

The backyard of the hotel gives to the jungle and the scenery is quite amazing. I think they should improve on service as their internet is inconsistent, the Netflix site is blocked, water bottles not provided everyday...breakfast ok, not that great

Comfortable stay; friendly staffs

Quiet in the middle of Ubud. Nice nature view on the backyard. Very friendly staff and extremely generous owner. Breakfast can be slightly improved.

Comfortable and clean, nothing fancy

Amoya Inn was comfortable and clean. The pool was nice, and our room overlooked lush greenery. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great and the room didn’t get as cool as I would like, but otherwise it was a fine place to stay.

Hidden gem!

Hidden gem in awesome location. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms (only 8) are nice and big and the finishings are fairly new. Lovely pool. Perhaps breakfast could be buffet style. Real value for money and we will definitely return.

Lovely homely place. Hidden away from the road right next to a field. Loved the singing of the roosters and cicades. Sure beats scooter noise. Nice place to be and relax. Good choices for breakfast and staff were super friendly. Would stay here again.

Good location, friendly staff and simple breakfast

This villa is in Ubud center, very close to Main Street and the Palace. Simple breakfast, friendly staff but ants in the room.. and the water of shower was very little ( not strong enough).
