Second stay

Stayed here in October and it was great, so I decided to come back to the same place for this visit. Still great. Counter people were excellent.

Valentine’s Day getaway

My boyfriend and I enjoy staying in the Philadelphia/NJ area. So we travel there often several times a year. We booked a short getaway for Valentine’s Day weekend. We’ve stayed in the Mt Laurel area many times before, but never at the Springhill hotel. The room was comfortable, the staff was very accommodating, and the location was great because we could easily access shopping and travel to Philadelphia.

The continental breakfast was awful, even for COVID times. Couldn’t let my 4yo eat his bagel because it was moldy. Brought this to the attention of the staff and the response I got was “oh, sorry”. No care whatsoever.

Needs work

The hotel staff was very nice...our room was dirty. Stains all over the carpets, huge stain on sofa, the bottom of the table had soda spilled all over it. The manager and staff changed our room for us upon request but they obviously need to retrain their staff to do a better job and cleaning the entire room. Very disappointed.

My family and I were in town for a special needs event. We ordered food from a local restaurant and the food arrived at the hotel about ten minutes before we did. The driver called and asked would it be ok to leave it at the front desk. We agreed of course. We pulled up and I went to retrieve our food and was told by the front desk that someone had taken it. How do you accept something on behalf of a guest and then allow someone to take it. This was a 60 dollar order. When confronted by the delivery guy who I called back to confirm what he told me, the delivery guy was told by the same woman that it’s not her responsibility. But yet she accepted it. When my family and I went out the next day she gave us dirty looks as we passed by. She was so busy on the phone chatting I don’t know how she had time to look at us in a distasteful manner. Besides her the rest of The staff were very friendly and courteous.

We found this hotel after checking into a different hotel in the area that we were not happy with. This hotel was very clean, spacious, and the front desk attendant was very friendly and accommodating. This hotel was also in a nicer area than the previous room we booked. I highly recommend this location for a stay in Mount Laurel.

Good place

It was a nice place. When booked it said shower tub combination but it was just a walk in shower. The staff was nice but a friend needed new sheets and got a bit of a resistance from the front desk.

Not a good stay

The staff was full of attitude. None of the amenities that were listed were available. No where on this listing does is say pool is closed. Other hotels in the area have it listed saying pool is closed. This one said pool was open which is the reason we chose it.No pool, breakfast was horrible, room wasnt that clean. I asked the housekeeping person for towels, her response was "we can only give you new stuff every 3 days"- we stayed for 4. No one followed the grab and go directions due to covid. Eating area was full of unmasked people every morning like it was ok, staff didnt seem to care either. Wanted to use fire pit, front desk guy said "na it aint happening" ??? what kind of answer is that. I know i wasnt the only one upset either. This woman booked a room for a pool party for her childs birthday only to arrive and see pool was closed,
