Best Western Plus Columbia Inn

This hotel is very comfortable , nice beds, roomy bathrooms. This particular night we were on the highway side of the hotel and heard all the traffic noise. I recommend staying on the opposite sise of the hotel.

The first room we had didn't have a working heat unit so we had to move all our stuff to another room. This hotel was ok, just a bit on the older side. The hot breakfast was a nice surprise though; all the other hotels we've stayed in have had a "grab and go" type paper bag with fruit, yogurt, cereal bars, etc. The attendant who prepared our food was so nice and did a great job.

Remodeled nicely, but underneath it's just another chain motel. Furniture was pretty good. Clean enough. Thin walls between rooms so you can hear the TV of those next door. Covid meant the hot breakfast was really limited. Staff was only so-so about masking.

Had a wonderful stay. Very clean and all staff very courteous. Breakfast was really good hot and served by the owner who was the most precious woman. Very very very good service very nice day all around wonderful experience

Free breakfast and pleasant staff. My first room was not clean at all staff switched me to a better room on another floor. I still saw stains in the chair next to bed,so I just didn’t use it at all. Bathroom had strands of hair on floor and in tub, I was so tired I just cleaned it myself took shower and went to bed. Staff was awesome,snacks accessible,breakfast was great. Facility just needs to be updated and they may need to check behind housekeeping. Overall I rested well for two nights.

The room was clean and well-supplied with towels and toiletries. The bed was very comfortable.

Everything was real nice except the heater would not work very well. It took half the night to get the room warm. The breakfast was excellent, eggs and bacon or various other things. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Probably the worse hotel I've ever stayed at. I didnt even stay the full night because the room was so gross. Globs of hair in the bathroom, nasty tiles and door handles! Sheets had stains! I Would highly suggest that you do not book at this hotel it is not worth it. Oh yeah.... the AC unit did not work at all. RUN!

The staff members were some of the nicest people we've met, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a good one.
