Exelent.. everything was great ...and awesome..i would recommend this place..

It seems like the service has gone down a bit since this hotel’s opening. When it had opened a couple years ago everything was perfect. We had already stayed in this particular hotel before and were expecting cleanliness. Upon arrival our room wasn’t available which seems odd since I booked a week in advance. Once the clerk was able to upgrade our room we thought ok just a minor setback. The chair in the room has a stain, the toilet wobbled, there was a pen at the bottom of the bed that indicates the staff was in a hurry and didn’t bother to check for dropped items. Next day wake up to limited breakfast options ( yogurt, muffins , cereal and milk). Very disappointed because we expected better due to our previous experiences.

Water pressure was non existent. I could pour a bottle of water with more presure and volume. Long black hairs in shower. Didnt notice till second night. Other than that staff was friendly. But at night difgicult to find deskclerk.

De este hotel solo puedo decir que si tuviese más opciones para el desayuno sería perfecto, es limpio acogedor tranquilo y el personal muy atento; sólo el tema desayuno.

They need to fix cable tv. Second lift

Clean quiet spacious rooms I had quick check in Bkfst was ok location is next to a bar and grill so thats a plus

Overrall okay one-night stay. The room was quite warm when we walked in so we left for 30 minutes— however upon return it was cooler. Room felt pretty humid the entire time. In the morning we had an issue with the a/c again but not a big enough one for us to complain since we were checking out that morning. Staff was bland. We heard all of five words from her, and she didn’t look happy that we were there. Long story short, hotel was good, the person running the front desk that night needs to be worked on.

Rooms were not ready at check in. Rooms assign and the handicap room had no air condition. Had to change both rooms again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is modernity decorated and very clean. I was able to get late checkout with no problem and the staff was really nice. The location is also ideal bc everywhere I wanted to go was really close, with the longest drive being only 20 minutes. I love that it’s not right on the street too! That separation from the highway helped make it nice and quiet. Only bad thing was that I couldn’t get a hold of front desk the 2 times I tried to call, but being that they were single staffed (and, ya know, it’s a pandemic), I don’t feel like it was really avoidable. Will def stay here again.
