Weston Hotel

Very Handy to Wilson Airport, the staff were very cheerful on check in, the room was clean and of a high quality.

We just needed a place close to Wilson airport to spend the night. The convenience to the airport is definitely notable. The entryway to the hotel looks amazing and grand, but we stayed in the older part of the hotel, I believe. It was considerably less grand. The room was a little stuffy and humid as the a/c only comes on once the key card is in the room. The light switches were too numerous and made it difficult to turn off all the lights. The room smelled smokey, but other than that seemed clean. The bathroom is newly remodeled. We were only in the hotel for about 5 hours given the way our flights worked. From what my sleep-deprived self could tell, it could still use some more updating on the inside, but the service was excellent. The front desk was very helpful, the shuttle to the airport was more punctual than we were, and the porter was above and beyond helpful. I would be willing to stay again given a guarantee of a non-smoke-smelling room.

The hotel has a uniqueness of locally-owned properties---not just another cookie-cutter chain hotel. Very comfortable room, great bathroom, friendly and efficient staff. Oh...and GREAT pizza!

I chose the Weston because it is located opposite Wilson airport where I was taking an early morning flight the following morning. It is ideally located. The reception was very welcoming. They offered me a complimentary ride to Wilson the next morning.

The building is very nice and it looks very modern and new the rooms are not at the same level tho. Poor cleanness and not very comfortable rooms. We were on a no breakfast rate and when we asked the hotel the price to have breakfast they said 25 dollars!!!

The lobby is quite fancy, leading one to expect a very nice hotel, but overall the property is not in good condition. Floors are nicked and cracked, towels are old and mismatched. For the price (or even a bit less), there are better values in Nairobi.
