We went to check in and a car ran right in front of us and took up three spaces. We finally parked behind the hotel, got in the front door and there was a couple yelling at each other with no manager or staff present. There was also another person standing around the backpack pacing back-and-forth. Then a woman came in while the couple was arguing very loudly and ask loudly if there was some staff and no one came. I also rang the bell and asked for staff and there was no staff. We did not feel safe here the area is sketchy and I will never come back to this place.

Good Value Stay

This is a good solid bargain motel. The desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The beds were clean and comfortable and there was hot water. The only negative was that the knobs on the heating unit were loose so i could not accurately set the heat.

Yes its cheap but dont stay! The long term clients have brought in a nightly security and the police are typically on site. The check in was a guy with the worst customer service I have ever met. Dont worry the check out experience was double worse. I fogot to mention they charge a $40 damage deposit, charged to your credit card, how do they do that? they take a photocopy of your credit card if you are okay with that. I opted to pay cash and to get that back was a process. Did not spend any time at all in the room, didnt sleep under the covers and NO ROOM SERVICE IS PROVIDED!

We use to stay at this motel odten before covid for a quick weekend away. The rates are fair for a budget motel. The staff diring check in were friendly and the one in the morning efficient. It is a older motel but its clean and a good place to spend a night

I made a reservation for a single king room and was quoted a certain price. When I got to the property I was charged an extra $20 and given a double queen room. It was not necessary as I was the only guest and did not need a bed with two rooms in it. When I went to check out the next morning I talked to the person at the front desk about it and I was assured that I would be refunded the $20 along with my deposit. When I contacted Expedia about it they told me that they needed to contact the hotel to confirm the information was correct. When Expedia contacted them they claimed that the $20 was a late check-in fee and that I would not be reimbursed for it. This hotel and their employees are liars. They told me one thing and told an agent from Expedia something completely different. I would not recommend going to this hotel as when I checked out there was about six police vehicles making an arrest I would guess drug related as it is in that part of town. Not only was I overcharged and lied to but I was also yelled out and hung up on by the woman working at the front desk when I called back about my refund.

I came in after 10pm to check in and they still got me checked in and we’re super nice. There is a security guard on site that was very attentive. My room was clean and was improved since the last time I was there.
