Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas Plano North

This is an excellent hotel. Very, very nice! Wonderful service. Best experience in a hotelI've had in a long time!!!

Overall, this is a very nice & clean hotel. Only thing we had a problem with was there were 4 of us & 2 towels (luckily we bought our own) & we also found a sock under the rolling ottoman they have in the room. It was all good tho! When we arrived, the front desk attendant was very friendly! I had on a “Friends” shirt & that sparked a conversation lol. When I checked out, the attendant on duty was friendly also! Very close to fast food, restaurants, QuikTrip, a mall. 8/10 stars, would recommend!

The hotel is clean. We arrived very late at night and there was some confusion about my reservation, the lady could only find one of my 2 rooms, I had to call hotels.com and have them call the hotel. The lady was a little rude about me using a 3rd party to book my room. Overall we were extremely tired and the cleanliness was welcome. The beds were very hard though. Breakfast was good.

We were given a room that was still occupied originally. The front desk staff was friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. The marketplace was a little expense considering we stayed in the same hotel within 20 miles and the prices were more expensive.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we would highly recommend it to family and friends.

We've stayed at this hotel a number of times and it's always very nice and super clean. This last stay we did not eat at the morning hot breakfast but in the past, it's always been very good. It's in a great location....numerous places to eat nearby within walking distance too. Highly recommend.

Newish location with a nice lobby. Room sizes are okay and thr staff was nice throughout.

Bed was very comfortable!
