Says they are pet friendly. when i got there the guy was rude. Said they do not let pets in. i told him that ot says they are and he got mad at me. Said i was lieing

It was the worst hotel experience I have ever experienced!!I killed a roach that was playing peek a boo with me behind the head board drilled onto the wall so I separated the mattress from it so it wouldn’t get me before I eventually killed it!!I swear the mosquitoes must live in the carpet of the room because I kept getting bit by them in my room!! The guy with the red dot in the middle of his face is an a**hole he charged me full price everyday with no room service I had to get my own towels I had to ask to get my bed sheets changed after a day or two and even then he was trying to pass me the linen as if I were going to make up the bed as if it’s my bed at home!!!I had to remove trash out my own room during my stay no room service was performed at all per me being charged full price daily!!they charge the local town people less than they charge someone from out of town I saw the receipts my self!! The refridge in the room was dirty as if no one cleaned them idk if it was mold or roach eggs around the door I didn’t use it!! They have one person that’s a maid she was cool she should run the place not them this place is horrible I would give it half a star not even one whole one!!

There was black mold on the walls, horrible smell and flies in the room. I did not spend the night. I went home. The area was dangerous. The parking lot was broken. I dared not touch the bed. The manager was so friendly I did not complain, I just went home. I can't believe Orbitz supplied this roach motel.

Unfit for habitation

Our room was in such poor condition that we couldn't stay in it, and had to go to another motel. It reeked of mold and smoke (and this was supposed to be a non-smoking room). The smoke alarm was broken. Only one light fixture worked. There was mold on the ceiling above the mirror, and behind the mirror. The bathroom floor was dirty. The swimming pool is half-full of greenish-brown water, with plants growing tall through the concrete surrounding it, and is likely a breeding ground for mosquitoes. There was an abandoned Ford SUV with a flat tire parked in front of our room. Calling this motel "deluxe," or the room a "suite," way overstates the case. This property looks nothing like the pictures on this site. It's in major disrepair. They've made an attempt to paint the outside, but it just makes the place look worse. Absolutely do not reserve a room here unless you can verify that the motel has been completely remodeled (or torn down and rebuilt).

The photos were not obviously updated photos of property. Pool looked like it had not been cleaned and in use for a while. Needs some serious attention to property appearance and decor inside room.

We booked a King, non-smoking room for 1 night. The property did not appear too bad from the road. Check in was smooth and we repeated that we wanted non-smoking. When driving to our rooms at the rear, the parking was littered with broken glass and trash, had not been cleaned for months. The room was reasonably clean looking, however you could smell old cigarette smoke and there were still ashtrays in the room. The towels were all made of light terry cloth and there were no bath towels, only face towel size. Hair dryer is the bring "bring your own" type as the room doesn't come with. The sheets on the bed seemed to be clean, but they had hundreds of burn holes from smoking in bed. All-in-all this was the most horrible night of our trip. We couldn't sleep for expecting a low rent, drug addled prostitute knocking on our door just any time now. Please find anyplace but here.
