Comfort Suites Regina

The hotel is very clean. We ended up getting a wheelchair accessible room only with a shower. It would have been nice if we had known this before. I would have requested a different room as I prefer a tub. When we booked the pool area was closed, but the hotel called us directly to inform us it was open and we were able to book a time. Hot tub was not in operation, which was unfortunate. Coffee in the room was not good at all. Grab and go breakfast was good. Good options.

Everything about our stay was reasonable. The grout lines in the shower were fairly dirty but otherwise, everything was clean. My reason for the angry face response in the service category is because of the pool/waterpark not being open. We chose that hotel ENTIRELY for its water park. Nowhere on the booking website were we warned that the pool is and has been closed for months; instead there are several pictures of the waterpark. There is still a large lit sign advertising Waterpark on the outside of the hotel. It wasn’t until we checked in that we were told that the waterpark was closed. That was very disappointing to us and our 4 children. Given that going to the waterpark was the purpose of our stay, the stay was completely disappointing.

Clean relaxing and comfortable, had a good night sleep

We decided to stay at this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub. No where on hotels.com did it say they were closed due to covid. We have been dealing with covid restrictions for months; they should state the amenities that are not available

Nice large room. Very modern and very clean. Wish the amenities had been open. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean, inexpensive, easy to find, easy check in, good breakfast.

I like that animals were welcoming to the stay. The bed was super comfortable, was like sleeping on clouds. And the staff was super nice. Love that location in Regina.

It was a very nice, up to date hotel. The staff seemed to be doing what they could during COVID.
