Amazing location located in the heart of Fira with picturesque sunset views away from the crowds. Semi private pools and jacuzzi. Bathroom was spacious and luxurious and actually looked like the pictures advertised. Located within walking distance (5-10mins) to the restaurants, main square, night clubs, bars and Fira bus terminal. The hotel was very spacious and clean. We had the company of Theo (reception staff) to accommodate our stay. He offered to carry our luggage down the stairs going down the suites. He was attentive and even assisted to book shore excursions on our behalf. Reception closes at 6pm so if you need to store luggage on the day of checkout plan ahead. However Theo kindly allowed us to store our luggage at no extra charge until a later time which he had to come back in his personal time so he went above and beyond. We had welcome drinks and they offered complimentary water and coffee pods on the first nights stay. Please note, any additional coffee pods was very expensive. Overall I would definitely come back again. A very nice and relaxing stay.

The property is located in the heart of Thira, close to the shops and restaurants. Nothing was a problem for the property manager who made our stay extremely enjoyable.

Outstanding location

From beginning to end, this was an outstanding holiday! The location was perfect. Our suite was perfect (Room 3). Vasili and his staff were amazing. Breakfast was delicious. So peaceful, yet only steps away from a buzzing Fira with its shops, restaurants and clubs. Take a walk ( over 500 steps) or take a ride in the cable car to the Old Port where you can book a boat ride to the volcano, Oia or just take a sunset cruise. The sunsets are truly amazing. I would go back in a heartbeat. My only “warning” is, if you struggle with steps, this might not be the hotel for you. Having said that, many parts of Fira are all about steps. I managed and felt good about it!!

The hotel is overbooked. The front desk informed us when we are trying to check in and told us there’s some issue and the hotel is overbooked. They redirect us to a place with worse view and cheaper price. They did not offer any refund or any early notice, which we could book another better hotel before. (We spend about $460 for a nice suite in the hotel and the direct us to a hotel where only worth €200 per nice and they told us they are the same?!?!) The way they deal with this issue is disappointing and it looks like the hotel staff is just helping another hotel with worse view to get customers. Be aware of the hotel before booking.

Great view of the caldera

It was one of the few hotels that were open during winter in Santorini. Loved the location of this hotel - unbeatable view & right in the centre of Fira, which makes it convenient for buses and food. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was huge. The heated pool & jacuzzi that were shared with another room was a bonus. Nobody else was using them, guess we were the only crazy ones to get into the jacuzzi during winter. Not many places were open for food during winter, so eating options were limited and the hotel does not provide breakfast. The only real complaint that we had was that the room seemed to ooze water from every surface, could be a condensation problem during winter, not sure. We couldn't seem to keep the floor, bathroom counter and walls dry, no matter how many times we wiped them. Possibly this is not the case in the summer. Overall our stay was very good and I would consider staying here again.

Beautiful and Well Located Hotel

The hotel was exactly what we wanted for our winter holidays! The hotel staff was amazing and helpful with everything. You wont be able to access the hotel directly via a car and will have to walk about 5 minutes to the entrance of the hotel. The only trouble we had was due to the fact that this hotel was built into the Caldera, there were a lot of steps (which were sometimes rather steep) to traverse. All in all though, very clean and awesome hotel. We were able to access the heated pool and jacuzzi which was open during this time of year and HEATED! It was centrally located next to many restaurants and cafes that were open and about a 5-10 minute walk to the bus stop which opens up the entire island! We loved and enjoyed our stay at the hotel and could not recommend enough this hotel. We will definitely be coming back and hope to stay here again!

excellent service

Hotel was very central to all activities in Santorini including transportation. Unique in design. Great to have your own personal spa and sauna in each room. Easy access to everything and hotel amanger provided excellent service!
