Service from Gary and Melina-excellent! Early 1900’s home in quiet neighborhood. A lovely evening walk to restaurants. Home has open space and not filled with typical b&b Knick knacks. Would definitely stay here again....perhaps during Christmas season for girl shopping getaway. Soooo much better than chain hotels!! Thank you for a quiet wonderful stay! P.s. Love the French pressed coffee.

Quaint & professional.

I wanted to love this experience, but we were ultimately disappointed. The house is a lovely 100 year old home in my favorite neighborhood in Rochester, and has been lovingly renovated and furnished. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. But every night we were there, we were awakened repeatedly by people in rooms overhead and on the stairs, floors squeaking, hearing every step, toilets flushing. Not sure how they could remedy the things that made our stay unpleasant, but we won’t return. Maybe we just aren’t cut out for communal living.

This is really more of an AirB&B than an inn -- owner, whom we didn't meet, lives next door and there is no one on the property at night, which we didn't like. But the house is beautiful inside (outside is a little undistinguished, we weren't sure it was the right place, no sign) and our bed was super comfy, bathroom modern and beautiful. Would very much like to have surfaces in the room and in the bathroom to put items down -- had to put my makeup on the toilet seat to get ready in the morning. And a place to put a suitcase so we weren't bending. We'd read reviews of the breakfast and have to say, they were right -- the hostess, who is the sweetest person ever -- can really cook. Delicious, ample, choices, really lovely. Location is good for walking to a couple of places for shopping, parking was easy. Spotlessly clean. Oh, and no control of a/c and no fan, so be prepared for that if you're picky.
