Clean & friendly staff

Property is fine - nothing special. Staff not very willing to help and hotel pool was shut without any warning to us.

Great location, cool boutique hotel, rooms are new and very clean. I would stay here again.

so convenient! all places are walkable and you can get GOKL, the free shuttle bus, just at the corner of the road. staff are nice. hotel decoration is good enough, very modern. room is nice but with poor sound insulation. you can hear people running in the room clearly. Overall, hotel is recommended!

Loved everything about this hotel, position was ideal. Breakfast was superb. Staff were friendly. Great rooftop pool. 24Hr security standing guard at the entrance.. all in all a very pleasantly stay. If i ever return to KL will definitely make this hotel the place i stay.

Really great hotel. The room was a good size, with a nice bathroom and hot shower. It had tea, coffee and mini bar. The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. There’s plenty of choice for breakfast and there’s a nice pool and pool bar. The location is fantastic, in Bukit Bintang only a few mins walk from the train station and the bus stops, including the free ‘Go KL' bus. It’s just off a main road which is ideal for a solo female traveller like me. I’d definitely stay again!

Excellent stay!! The room is great with a specially curated set of amenities and Facilities. Room is clean and the bed is one of the best I have experienced. Great location.

Excellent well placed small hotel. Let down by staff and music at the pool. Pool and bar area good but staff didn’t seem very interested in serving us. Three of them there, one on phone, order eventually taken and then not passed to bar tender. Music style at 7pm was like being in a nightclub and far too loud to have a conversation with each other.
