Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort

We loved the room, especially me, the mirror light was awesome! And I loved the fact that they had my name on the fb when we walked in the room! I’m sure I’ll be coming back!

GREAT hotel for a family to stay at.

As I was getting ready to walk up to the counter to complete my check in the gentleman that was "sanitizing" carelessly sprayed the sanitizing spray in my eyes. I let the lady that checked me in know what happened and nothing at all was said. I could of at least received an apology.

First time visit for my wife and I. When we checked in we were asked if we have ever been there. We told the young lady that this was our first time and she smiled and said that she hopes our stay is enjoyable and will be returning soon. On our last night there (we stayed 3 nights) the cashier at the food court asked if she could scan our reward card and when we told her we didn’t have one she asked why not and when we told her we knew nothing about it she told us where we needed to go to get one. When we went to customer service about it she made us feel that it was our fault that we didn’t have it, kept questioning us if we were sure that we wasn’t asked about it when checking in. She said it is unusual that the front desk didn’t mention it to us. We told her that we wouldn’t have spent several hundred dollars on food, beverages and gambling and then come ask about it on the last night if we had been told about it at check in. Other then that the rest of the stay was just what we needed.

Room and Casino were clean and they were Covid cautious. No buffets are open, but the food court is still operational. MY FAVORITE is the NO SMOKING MANDATE due to Covid.

It was a nice big clean room. We really liked it but it didn't have a microwave.

It is the cleanest hotel/casino i have ever stayed in and with CV19 out here now they sanitize everything, they even give you a small bottle when you check in, i cant wait to get back there💲🍹🎲🎰

The stay was great! Very clean and comfortable! Wonderful views and great on site food options. Only issues we had were being a family with 2 kids who are in strollers...the family are didn't have great accommodation for family access to the sports center. My husband had to carry our stroller down and up the stairs to get to the arcade bowling area. But other than that, absolutely recommend as we stay here quiet frequently.
