Homewood Suites by Hilton Calgary Downtown

Great location in the centre of town, the staff was friendly and the room had all you need

The room was beautiful, as was the hotel. The location was great being downtown. The front desk staff wasn’t overly friendly. It was annoying to have to pay for parking at the hotel. And the room was very clean, but we did find a used face mask from a previous user left behind the curtains.

I will definitely go back! The customer service is phenomenal! I never had that experienced from any hotels we've been with my family. From the customer service in the call to the receptionist, from the cook who welcomed us for breakfast was excellent! The money that we've paid for our stay can only go much, but the characters of those people who have been working in this hotel, I do appreciate it!

What really disappointed me was that at the check-in I was not informed that if room service was need I would have to ask. I understand it is Covid and circumstances has changed. However, it would have been nice too know. Also, the shower head on the room I stayed was broken.

Lovely hotel and excellent staff. The man putting out the food for the morning breakfast was amazing and so friendly and helpful....I wish I got his name so I could give him a shoutout. Hotel was in a great location and would definitely stay again.

Always stay at this location when we come to the city. Only issue I have is that I called prior to ask about restrictions. Was told there were none. Get here and there are lots of restrictions

Great hotel in a poor location. Commuter train rolling through every once in a while. Freight train yard close by adding to the noise. There is a reason why this part of the city was only recently developed.
