Food-Really excellent and fine dining comparing to other resorts. Hospitality-We really appreciated our private butler Emmanuel and Edi. They are very professional and sincere. Room-excellent room with fantastic view plus huge bathroom. 1 thing can be improved. Most hotels and resorts provide an electrical kettle that we can boil hot water for our own tea and coffee at anytime we like. Our room has a tiny coffee machine, but we cannot boil hot water at all, and the water was not hot enough for coffee. They provide delivery service for hot water, but you might end up waiting for 15-30 mins for the delivery. Most of the time we just want to be more freely to have hot water whenever we like without making an appointment. Having an electrical kettle can safe us time for sure, and we can enjoy more with our own timing.

This was a great resort if taking kids. We went because advertised adult only but only one pool and one restaurant adult only. Kids were everywhere else and our first trip away from our kids in five years was surrounded by screaming kids everywhere. This should not be advertised as adults only! Service was great everywhere.

First off this is a stunning property but it is not adults only as advertised. This property does not separate adults only from families. This property is more suited to families with young children then couples on their honeymoon. All restaurants have dress codes but none of these were enforced. People showed up to dinner in flip flops, shorts, and tank tops. The adult only pool was too hot to even use and the food options are limited to nachos and quesadillas. On our second day, we both became violently ill. We discovered two other couples who ate at the same restaurant on the property became violently ill as well. The resort did pay for a physician visit to our room. Unfortunately my husband was sick the rest of our honeymoon. The food and beverage manager was made aware of the issue and said it was being investigated but we're not sure if anything was done about this. We have been to Mexico many times over the years and this is the first time ever getting sick. The rooms are not quiet. We could hear our neighbors above us and next to us. From midnight till 3am every night, we were awakened by people walking back and forth, and moving furniture. We did notify the front desk but it seems nothing was done since it was nightly issue. The butler service is not consistent. There was a lack of follow through and communication with the staff, including verifying dinner reservations.

Far exceeded all of my expectations. The location is the best in the area, we had a 270° view of the ocean because the resort is located at the tip of the peninsula. The food/drinks were amazing, I highly recommend visiting the little food truck by the pools, awesome quesadillas. The sushi and hibachi at Moongate was also phenomenal (thank you Rafael!) The best part was the friendliness & attentiveness of the staff. Jeshua was a great activity leader and memorized my group's names by our second day there. He went out of his way to say hello to us each time we saw each other. Jorge & Carlos ran very fun/challenging group workouts 💪 Mika (Mika-Happy-Mika!) ran a very fun music trivia game, and was very helpful all week long. Luis (bartender at Bar del Mar) quickly memorized our drink orders and would get them ready as soon as he saw us. Staying in the Turquoise Adult tower was worth every penny. The butler service was great, thank you to Juan & Nayely! Overall, this was my favorite vacation ever and I can't wait to visit again!!
