Food was exceptional

Hotel shows its age. beds sagging in middle were very bouncy and noisy. Non-comfort toilet, no fan in bath. Dark hallways, lichen growing on window sill. 8am housekeeping tried to enter room without knocking, thankfully couldn't open door all the way as we were dressing. Not everyone is up at 7am! This was once a Hilton property and had very good reviews, unfortunately Wyndham did not keep it up. The best part of the stay was Hotel.com's great price, $91 per night. Sadly, this hotel isn't worth even that.

It was a wonderful place to stay (although the breakfast server was overwrought and let everyone know it). We met friends there and went on to a funeral. So it was a rather sad occasion but a sparkling clean venue. It made our stay quite pleasant. The bed was SO comfortable!

THIS WAS THE 4TH OR 5TH TIME WE HAVE STAYED HERE. THE HOTEL STAFF ARE EXCELLENT AND VERY HELPFUL IN ALL MANNER OF ASSISTANCE. THE MANAGER, AZURENA VILLABA, IS ESPECIALLY COOPERATIVE IN ASSURING THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT ROOM FOR YOUR NEEDS. SHE EVEN LOCATED A FORGOTTEN PIECE OF CLOTHING WE LEFT IN OUR ROOM 2 WEEKS EARLIER WITH THE HELP OF MARISSA IN HOUSEKEEPING. RESTAURANT STAFF IS ALSO VERY ACCOMMODATING LATE AT NIGHT. EXCELLENT FOOD.

Woke up to hundreds of ants on my bedside table and we had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. They also didn’t clean our room during the day while we were gone. They only gave us free breakfast after having ants all over my things. It was disgusting. And not having the room cleaned. I was not impressed.
