Great location, wonderful view. No elevator might be a problem for some folks.

Uncomfortable lumpy bed. Windows difficult to open. Good location, near to public transportation and easy to get downtown.

Bathroom condition appalling, loose wall panels and damp. Poor soundproofing - could hear next room using toilet. Room and bathroom badly Needs updating and improving/modernising for current desired standard. My granny had curtains like the ones in room, many many years ago. Host was pleasant.

Good location, easy transportation and great view. Friendly and helpful staff. Found the room a little chilly. Not suited for those with mobility issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean and comfortable,close to Royal Commonwealth pool,Duncan was a good host, very helpfull, would use this Guest House again when in Edinburgh.

This was a nice place to stay. We were on the top floor with access only by stairs, which has disadvantages if you are older with compromised knees. When we were there, there was a heat wave. Being on the top floor with no shelter from the sun and no air conditioning or fans, it was uncomfortably hot. The shower was great. The breakfast was great also. You can't have your car on the street past 9:30 in the morning, if you can find parking near the accommodations. We walked quite a distance to catch a bus into the busier section to find food.

Quiet location, room was very small and property is due a freshen up.

Host very helpful and prepared to wait for my very late arrival. Room was ok, would have preferred a bed that was at least 90 cm wide rather than 80 cm. Great breakfast.

Guesthouse met een wat verouderde inrichting maar wel keurig onderhouden en eigenlijk van alles voorzien. Bedden zijn echt goed. Eigenaar is uitermate attent en reageert heel snel op een bericht. Ontbijt was ook prima. Had op laatste moment om een glutenvrij ontbijt gevraagd en ook dat was in orde. Als je iets zoekt met een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding en niet op zoek bent naar een strak ingerichte kamer dan is dit een aantader. Ook dichtbij busstop gelegen.

Rustig pension net buiten het centrum, maar goed bereikbaar met het ov.
