Right in the middle of the pedestrian area of old town. Elena was wonderful and easy to communicate with. Parking right outside main wall and easy access to flat.

Beautifully renovated apartment up several flights of stairs (no lift) in an old building in a fantastic location within the walls of the lovely old city of Zadar. Real care and attention has gone into making this a lovely base for exploring the town. Elena and her housekeeper could not have been more friendly or more helpful to us. We arrived early and left late but were able to arrange to leave our baggage there. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Try La Famiglia down stairs for breakfast and Bruschetta for dinner

The room as very well appointed and the decoration was super. There was a bowl of fruit, granola for the morning, milk, water, cream, coffee, and even some snacks. The bathroom is modern and was very clean. Overall, we loved this place and would stay again. Some things to be aware of however: 1. there is no parking close by. We were lucky to find public parking about 700 meters; it's harder to find spaces before 4pm 2. The unit is on the second floor with no elevator

Not quite as described on hotels.com (no bathtub, Netflix or ipod stand in our room) but nevertheless it was very comfortable, no expense spared on the decor and there were some nice extras eg everything in the minibar was included. Elena met us at the bus stop and guided us to the room (wouldn't have found it otherwise, so big plus) and the location in the Old Town couldn't be better. Note the 3 rooms are on the second floor, no lift, so not a suitable choice if you can't handle the stairs.

Right in the heart of Zadar action and very close to the singing stairs. Most gorgeous sunset! Elena was super friendly and the apartment was beautiful and comfortable!

Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Provided us with cereals drinks snacks and fruit every day at no extra cost. Eva was very good and gave us lots of tips and information that helped us enjoy our week more. The only downside is that there is no lift .

Horrible stay. Room is very nice but unusable as a sleeping accommodation. Concert loud music until 1am followed by partying until 2am. It is impossible to sleep.

When we arrived we had to wait until 15:00 to access the room. Check out time was 10:00 AM and we felt that was unreasonably early, especially in light of the check in time given to us of 13:00. We asked for a later check out time and were told absolutely no because the new guests were checking in early. Iva said she tried to contact us 4 times but we were on a small cruise ship and didn’t always have wifi.

Clean, modern and felt new inside. Great location and central in old town Zadar.
