Staffs were helpful and proactive. Everything was so organized that I didn't have to make a call. Breakfast was superb with tons of different options. The only downside is the location. It's too busy and crowded.

The not real picture of hotel's room

The picture of the hotel room given here is not like that in reality. Absolutely bad to see directly. Small rooms and walls or furniture dilapidated.

必要十分なホテルです

空港からは少し遠いですが、清潔感のあるホテルでした。コロナ禍で隔離が必要だったため2週間泊まりましたが、特に問題はありませんでした。強いて言えば大雨の日に窓のサッシから雨漏りがあったことと、日の全く当たらない部屋（509号室）だったことくらいでしょうか。 レストランも併設されていて、多分24時間対応してくれます。食事も辛かったですが美味しかったです。

Not bad for 3 star Hotel in noisy Dhaka

Amazing quiet room compared with noise on the main street because this hotel is hide away from the main street, this is real bonus in crazy Dhaka. Staff also very polite and welcoming. But airport pick up is late and overpriced

The staff at the hotel went way out of their way to be helpful. The front desk, door staff, drivers, housekeeping and restaurant staff were all wonderful, kind, protective. I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant.

I stayed there for over 2 weeks in July as one of the (very few) Europeans. The staff fell over themselves, day and night, to help. I had some issues with hot water, requiring relocation to different rooms - twice. However, I never felt as though I was a problem or that they were not eager to assist in any way they could. Always cheerful they greeted me enthusiastically and courteously. The breakfasts were fine and other/dinner offerings interesting, varied and at a very reasonable cost. The room facilities were good (apart from hot water issues -above) and sparkling clean. Just be aware that the publicity photos may be a tad misleading at times - for example the pic of the front is taken with a fisheye lens that suggests it is bigger and grander than it actually is. Would I stay there again? Probably: the location is central and handy and its location on an alleyway off Topkhana Rd means it is not noisy with traffic or commercial activities.

Worst experience.

I travel a lot, this was my first time staying at this hotel. I got the worst service from this hotel. Staff name Masum was very rude and had worst attitude, I ask to speak to the manger, manger came but Masum didn't let him speak at all he was doing all the talking. I walked out of the hotel. Worst experience ever.
