Hotel Renaissance

We had a wonderful, comfortable stay here. The location is just perfect, one small block away from the main square Palazzo Vecchio. It’s charming, compact and in the heart of the action with lots of eateries on the doorstep. Spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. There is a lift inside as the hotel is on the first floor. A short staircase to the lift is easily manageable. You will love it here!

This was a great find and we would definitely recommend it for anyone exploring Florence. The room was big and airy, the bed was very comfortable and the location is just fantastic. We would definitely rebook here if we find ourselves in the city again.

Location was the best - every major sightseeing was walkable - A very unique boutique style hotel with only 9 rooms. The staff was courteous too. The only complain I have is I was looking for Ice as I wanted to have my Scotch in the evening and the guy at the front desk said we dont keep soda, he asked me to go and buy from a superstore. The next day I again tried my luck asking for Ice, the person said we will have to make it in the Ice machine which i guess the guy the other day was not aware and because of his non awareness of having an ice machine, my evening was ruined as I was excited to have a drink along with my Pizza. There needs to be effective communication between all staff members who are doing different shifts.

I loved this hotel. Staff are extremely friendly and this was such a perfect location. Everything is very close walking distance. Would definitely consider this place next time I go back!

The hotel is extremely conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and all the historical sites in the Duomo. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms were nice, with upgraded bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms. The only down-side is that the elevator doesn't go all the way to street level, but the staff were very helpful with bags. We would recommend it and would stay there again in Florence.

Excellent location for sightseeing and conveniently located near many restaurants. 24-hour front desk, which was not common for many of the hotels we stayed at in Italy. Big room with huge beautiful shower. Best shower we had in Italy, which was amazing after a long day of riding trains. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was very friendly, close to every place close to Duomo. Breakfast was very good. I Recomend this place to stay, very comfortable room.
