So-so

First of all, the price Hotels gives and the price actually taken from the credit card is not the same. You're actually charged a "service fee"(?), additionally to the price fot the stay(asked the owner, he told me to ask the Hotels staff, they didn't know the answer and tried to reach him with no success). Turns out it's not an actual hotel(no reception), so you have to rely on directions given to you by the owner, in an sms after you arrive, who is also never availible if you have a question prior to your stay. Secondly, the place wasn't very clean, although it has(almost)anything you need. Also(which was a bit odd), you have to wash the dishes and take off the sheets before you leave, or else you'll be charged additional 50$, kinda funny, considering you're on a vacation. Nevertheless, the beach is very nice, has restaurants and cafes. The "sea view" is partial, by the way. You only see it when standing on one side of the window. The bed is very comfortable, the sofa was kind of old and not inviting and no extra sheets were to be found.(found the pillows and the blanket, but without the sheets).

היינו במלון בקומה 11 לא יכלנו לעלות במעלית כי לא היה לנו ציפ למעלית רק בחדר שמו לנו אותו אני בהיריון חודש תשיעי והצוות בקבלה לא עזר הייתי צריכה לעלות 11 קומות!! השירותים היו מלוכלכים האמבטיה עם חלודה. והמצעים היו עם ריח רע לא ישנו כל הלילה המיקום מרכזי והנוף יפה

Apartment in Strandnähe

Apartment 932 - positiv: gute Lage an Carmel Beach Promenade und Strand, Freizeitangebote und Restaurants durch einen kurzen Spaziergang erreichbar. Weitgehend sauberer, renovierter Zustand, mit vernünftiger Duschabtrennung und Brause. Ausstattung soweit ok, ein Couchtisch im kleinen Zimmer wäre gut. War ansonsten in einem landestypischen Zustand. Der Geräuschpegel in der Wohnung war auch Nachts und am Wochenende erfreulicherweise sehr gering. Internet und Klimaanlage funktionierten gut. Kommunikation und weitere Informationen bei Buchung und kurz vor der Anreise, Kreditkartenzahlung und ausgestellter Beleg vor Anreise. Negativ: Überwachungskamera vor der Eingangstüre, elektrische Einrichtung hatte Mängel, versteckte Kosten im Mietvertrag (die Auflagen sind auch nicht erfüllbar, z.B. kein Besen zur Reinigung vorhanden), keine Hilfe verfügbar wenn z.B. wegen Stau oder Flugverspätung später eingecheckt werden muss, der große TV funktionierte nicht, Mobiliar teilweise angerostet, Matratze stark verschmutzt. Ausserdem wegen Urlaubszeit keine nahen, kostenfreien Parkplätze verfügbar
