Hotel Nyx Cancun All Inclusive

Had a great time at Hotel Nyx. The staff was warm and welcoming. Amenities were clean and well maintained. Food and drinks were delicious and the location was convenient. Standard rooms don’t really have a view which wasn’t an issue for me since I was spending my time outside of the room more than inside but you can always upgrade it for a special view. I would def come back on my next visit to Cancun

People were so special and super attentive, food was great, drinks were good. The standard room was super tiny and had tiny windows that look to the hallway. No internet in the room which was a big issue for us having a baby back home we needed to check on, we had to go to the looby every time we needed the internet. After the 3rd attempt to ask for it to be fixed they explained my whole building didn’t have internet because the huracanes had broken a devise that got reception but other buildings had it and they never suggested to move me to one that had internet knowing how important it was for us. Also they need to improve their communication, we spotted a couple of activities in the pool and one night a band was playing in the lobby and if we hadn’t randomly been there when they happened we wouldn’t have known.

Loved the medium sized resort. Beach was perfect. Staff was friendly.

We really enjoyed Elio! He was our server on the beach. He does an excellent job of making sure everyone is well taken care of. Sebastian was also great at entertaining! The property is smaller, which gives it more of a personal touch. Fewer food choices but the quality of the food was very good.

The only thing that I didn’t like it from the hotel is that men can’t wear t-shirt without sleeves at breakfast nor the restaurant at the beach.

They didn’t have the room we booked. We had to pay $120 more to get a room with a king size bed. The rest of the vacation was good! The food and service was awesome!

This was my first time in Cancun and I was very pleased with my stay at Hotel Nyx. They are taking necessary precautions with covid by having sanitizing mats for your shoes when you walk in, all staff members wear masks, providing hand sanitizing dispensers in many locations including the elevators and they personally give you hand sanitizer when entering restaurants. Overall, the staff members are very polite and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Breakfast it available 8-11am and it was okay, typical breakfast options. The alcohol drinks are not the best as expected in all-inclusive packages but still good.. you also have the option to purchase drinks with high-end liquor if desired. We loved the Deck restaurant for lunch and dinner, very delicious!, I ate there almost everyday. We had one free night at the italian restaurant, Chianti, and really enjoyed the food - Perfect place for a romantic dinner. We really enjoyed the pool and beach - the pool was warm and the beach was beautiful!! and not many waves. We went to 2 other beach locations at the one at the hotel was the best! Things to know: Beach towels are provided - you can switch them out as often as you'd like. Our valuable/personal items were not touched at all - we used the safe. Your room will be cleaned perfectly everyday unless you put dnd sign Free photoshoot with 2 printed images are provided during your stay Easily take the bus down to "the strip" for about $1 60 minute massage on beach = $60

Everything about Nyx hotel was great. Location, customer service, rooms, food etc. You have jet skies and pairasailing on site. Entertainment was great. Not a lot of walking compared to those big resorts. I was impressed by Nyx. For the price Nyx is a steal. I would definitely recommend and return to Nyx in the future

The beach and the view of the ocean from our room was amazing. I would not do the all-inclusive again. There are many rules and restrictions that they do not tell you about. You can only make dinner reservations the day before between 11:00-1:00 for the Japanese or Italian restaurants. We tried to get our leftovers from the Italian restaurant to go but were told we had to pay more money to take anything from the restaurant because we had the all inclusive. The breakfast is a joke. There is a 20-30 minute line to get in the door to breakfast and then you have to get in another line for 20 or more minutes if you want any kind of eggs. The staff everywhere are wonderful.

Nice and quiet. Not crowded and staff was very kind and helpful
