Grand Elysee La Residence

The staff are what make this hotel , It is a nice clean reasonably well presented hotel , but the level of service is exceptional . We particularly appreciated the free airport transfer . Another big plus was that due to flight difficulties we needed to check in 5 hours before the regular check in time , This it turned out was not a problem , Mia at the front desk sorted everything and we had our room, by ( A .. M ) which was amazing as we should have checked in at 2 P .M . We were also provided with a tuk tuk driver to serve as a guide and transport to Angkor Wat and the other temples , His name was Bunly , and he was fantastic . Very knowledgeable , and explained everything to us , .. polite and knew all the best photo opportunities . we would highly recommend .

The property is located near the city's main attraction. Many restaurants nearby. The streets are a little hard to navigate without GPS app. Not Google maps...

The staff were excellent. They made us very welcome, greeted us by name and were ready to offer help when needed. They organised tuk-tuk drivers and guides for our trips to the temple and more. They really made the stay outstanding. The hotel is a bit out of the center of town but it doesn't matter as tuk-tuks are cheap!

We have stayed at 8 motels in the last 4 weeks and this was by far our favourite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was exceptional the food was excellent. Can not recommend the property highly enough

Best Gem In Siem Reap

The staff is simply magnificent. They do amazing little things to make the stay memorable, comfortable, and so enjoyable. The walls of the bathrooms are like Venetian Plaster. Great view from terrace. Best coffee at breakfast! Wonderful Happy Hour, if that is important to anyone. They give everyone a wonderful towel after a trip out. It is cool and fragrant. Just a piece of heaven!! Some great restaurants just down the street. Granted the street view is not the attractive aspect but is a slice of Cambodia reality. Joey is the best! She is amazing!

This hotel was lovely! The dbl bed room was nice and spacious with a great balcony! The breakfast was good- omelet/noodles station, fresh fruit, local dishes etc. oh and an espresso machine which was nice! The staff here were wonderful!! Always willing to help and always so pleasant! We got to talk and laugh with Jessie and Thomas (Sim & Ny) they were great and extremely helpful with giving us info when we needed! It’s in quieter part of Siem Reap but definitely not too far from night market/pub street etc. just a $1 tuk tuk. & the pool area is perfect for a little r&r after walking everywhere! Definitely a good find in Siem Reap!
