We were evacuated because of Silverado fire, and the front desk did a great job and made us feel very welcome. Rooms are very clean and safe because of COVID 19

This hotel was perfect. The suite, view and services were outstanding. I could not recommend it more. We will come back soon!

The hotel is beautiful, staff were very friendly. A wonderful stay in a great location. Our sons stayed in a two-bedroom cottage and it was amazung.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are nice. I wouldn’t spend extra on an ocean view again. Beach is too far away to make it worth it. Restaurant was closed the days we were there which was a bummer. Other nice restaurants in walking distance. Overall, a nice getaway.

The hotel is clearly beautiful. The pool scene is great and the service top notch. When we checked in they gave us a room over the valet parking - not ideal and when I asked the next day if we could move (Sunday night) when the hotel was very quiet we were told no. Room was very nice though, but it appears the ones over the pool with the balcony are much better. For $500 a night, I would have preferred a better location. They also have a rooftop bar, but we were never able to take advantage of it because it was too crowded. We enjoyed the bikes they have at "no charge". Resort fee is $30 per day.

Hotel was beautiful all around. Clean rooms and premises, with covid precautions in place. Hotel staff are friendly and personable; helped to recommend local food and attractions. Though I was only there for a night, I felt like I already knew the staff and had been there for a couple days.
