The overall location and look from the outside was brilliant! But when you got into the room the decor was a tad dated and the bathroom had a bit of a wonky squeeky floor issue but apart from that it was great! Also mattress was a bit on the harder side but that's just me being picky :)

Such a beautiful property surrounded by trees and yet just 5 minutes from the shops and hospital. Self check in, Beautiful rooms and very clean bathroom. Love that a fruit bowl is provided and a really handy mini bar with snacks and juice.

Very nice excellent place to stay

This country house is nestled away from the main roads. The main access is via keypad so you can come and go as you please and service is very unobtrusive. This is our second time staying here and will certainly visit again. Walked back one night (from Ness Castle Lodges) and saw many deer on the way.

Check-in managed via keypad, reception unmanaged, breakfast looked like it came out of Aldi or Lidl with my partner and I offered a box of cocopops on our tray! Bathroom finish was poor, glasses unclean and previous guests litter still in the room. I fortunately didn't pay full price for the room, but had I, would be asking for a refund!

A lovely property tucked away in a quiet lane. A very nicely appointed room with everything you could possibly need. A lovely fresh bathroom. We opted for the breakfast and it was fabulous with loads of stuff including cereal, toast, fruit cold meats and cheese. A great start to the day !
