Tocuyeros Boutique Hotel

Beautiful boutique hotel with very friendly staff! Enjoyed very much!

The heater wasn’t working so I got really sick, I had to ask multiple times for the staff to turn on the heater and still at 7am it was off again, very cheap hotel , but charges a lot for the rooms

I stayed at Hotel Tocuyeros for 3 nights. The entire experience was wonderful. The room allocated to me was very clean and quite large - something I had not expected in Cusco given that the San Blas neighborhood is quite cramped. So, it was a very nice surprise. Everyone on the staff that I interacted with was very friendly, polite and helpful. I had dinner at the hotel on two nights. Leonard, the chef, seems to be very competent. The plating was excellent, and flavors quite good. He came out of the kitchen to ask my opinion about the food. Also thanks to the kitchen staff for opening the kitchen early on a day when I had to go on a day trip with an early start. Saul was ever present to answer any questions I had about the area and some travel I had planned but was unsure of. I really appreciate information provided by him. On at least two separate occasions, Antonio helped either expedite or facilitate my travel. For example, on Christmas Day, even though the laundry would have taken more than a day to return my clothes, Antonio promised and got my clothes delivered on time since I was going to leave Cusco the next day. Mariela helped me check in and check out. She provided a lot of useful information about Cusco, and how to acclimatize at this higher altitude, in a very professional and friendly manner. All in all, it was a really very pleasant stay at a very nicely designed and maintained property. I would happily recommend it to other travelers.

Absolutely amazing, and wonderful. Stayed multiple nights, and everyone was accommodating.

This hotel is simply amazing in every way! I'm someone who normally likes to try different hotels but when I returned to Cusco after a year, I stayed again because no place could be better. The room was stylish (but in keeping with the history) and comfortable. The common space has what might be the best views of Cusco, with cozy furniture and handwoven fabrics. The breakfast was perfect, with fresh fruit and avocado, pastries, bread, cheese, and more. There are herbal teas and coffee, and a table set with local embroidered linens and fresh flowers. What makes it "over the top" special is the staff. They are so kind, helpful, and make you feel welcome. Tocuyeros is truly a hidden gem!

Amazing place, amazing people, amazing location, breakfast is soooo good.

Property was beautiful and staff was amazing. Saul and the rest were extremely accommodating. Room and amenities were wonderful.
