Room #106 Service was fantastic - always a smile and the staffs went all out to make sure your requirements are met. Emails were promptly replied too hence our queries were always resolved. Cleanliness was great - Rooms were always tidied whenever we went out for our excursion. Our stay was very comfortable and staffs from main desk and wild ginger were really attentive to our needs. The condition of the rooms were kinda old considered the number of years they were around hence just average rating on this. Saw workers doing painting outside the rooms. Would rather they remove the blinders in the rooms and replaced them with curtains. And have a sliding door in front of our bed so that we can go to the pool straightaway. The local area accessibility was not so good as it was a far distance out to the family mart but there was a small provision shop opposite The Sarann so that makes up a little bit for it. Wifi was great both at the wild ginger and in the room and we dun even need to use the password given to us. Overall, it's a great stay and the view from the pool was amazing.

Near town , good view but need improvement

Hotel need maintenance, a bit old and run down. Breakfast is just normal. Location near the beach, the view is good. Very noisy at night.

Needs a makeover

We had a great time here but the condition of the room was very disapointing The advertised photos must have been taken years ago. It was obviously beautiful when built but is now a bit old and tired. Staff did a good job of maintaining everything but it really needs a major overhaul. Broken doors on fridge cupboard. Dirty and stained cloth bedhead and lounge - We ended up not using the lounge part of our room at all as it just wasn't pleasent to be in. Toilet was cracked, venetian blinds couldnt be opened in bathroom. and many little things. The saving grace is the location and the infinity pool right on the ocean. If it wasn't for that we would not have enjoyed being in the room. The public areas, pool, dining and breakfast areas were lovely as they have been more maintained and the view is really beautiful. .

Facilities are run down. But the view is great. Sounds of waves crashing frequently is a hit or miss. For me it’s a plus, might otherwise be disturbing to others

這間酒店的服務非常之好，員工非常友善及很幫忙,我們買了很多生果，椰青及芒果放不到在我們房間的雪櫃他們也可以幫忙我們全部放在雪櫃，我們所租的車他們也是每天為我們自動蓋上擋太陽的布。我們所住的房間是有泳池的，房間的海景非常漂亮，唯一美中不足的地方就是我們所在的酒店是在石灘，步行到隔離的沙灘需要在石間行或游水過去，很多遊客都可能選擇不行這條路徑，而在酒店外的馬路行過去沙灘大概2分鐘，如果酒店安排一條小徑給我們酒店行過去隔離的沙灘就最好了！隔離的沙灘有其他的酒店及泳池，環境非常優美！

Zwar direkte Strandlage, aber der Strandabschnitt ist dreckig. Die Hotelanlage ist für die Kategorie runtergekommen und überteuert.
