Nice Hotel, people are friendly, clean rooms, comfy bed, service not so great, I requested a new coffee maker cause the one in the room didn't work, and nothing, so I requested again and again and still nothing.

Family trip, weather delay at the Airport. We used this hotel which was fine. Staff was very friendly. Location is the only issue. Otherwise just fine.

Had to wait over 20 minutes to check in. Got to room and it was not clean. Had to wait another 20 minutes to tell them. No other room available. They cleaned it but no shampoo in shampoo dispenser and floor not clean. No ice in ice maker. Breakfast was meh.

It sounded like someone was having a party on the fourth floor. Slamming doors and people running up and down the hall, loud yelling and talking. I barely could sleep. Then the night worker had the WORST attitude ever.

Specifically chose this hotel for airport shuttle, could not get shuttle when our plane arrived at 10:00 pm had to get a lyft. Night clerk was not friendly and a bit on the rude side. Morning clerk was very very friendly and nice. Breakfast was ok. Neither microwave or coffee pot worked. Room was comfortable but lobby and halls smelled bad. The area seemed sketchy, I wouldn’t walk around here after dark

The toilet paper holder was missing the provided shampoo and body was bottles in the shower empty.. I accidentally left a legal pad in the room went back 8 hours later they Didn’t put it in lost and found just threw it away..

This hotel was very convenient to Graceland (well within walking distance). They are doing road construction in front of the hotel so allow for a little extra time when arriving and exiting the property. When we arrived we were famished and asked where was the closest good place to get some Memphis bbq and the desk clerk was spot on. She recommended that we try Marlowe’s AND they come and pick you up at the hotel with a FREE pink limo. Score!!! It was a fun experience and the limo driver was a hoot! We didn’t have to fight getting back out in the rush hour traffic and the food was excellent, casual and very reasonable. Thumbs up!!! Now back to our hotel.. the property was lovely and very clean. Everything was well taken care of, rooms were spotless and the beds were comfy. They offer a locked gated parking in the rear at no extra charge. The staff were great and they offered a hot breakfast. Great place to stay if your visiting Graceland.👍

This is a new facility so it is in excellent condition. However the decor is rather stark-needs more lights as most places do. Located very close to Graceland - so not a great area but is set way back off street which makes it quiet and less attractive to those who would break into cars Staff is very pleasant and kind. There is some confusion about the status of rooms - suite especially. We ordered king suite (with couch and sitting area) and originally got a room with two little couch/chairs that would have been unacceptable and uncomfortable. Took us several manager folk to finally get appropriate room - seems these rooms with little couches are perfect for people with several kids in tow as they fit perfectly on them to sleep. So just a reminder to be clear when checking in which of these rooms you actually want Lots of chain and other casual restaurants up and down the streets nearby. Some good barbecue nearby

Hotel is very new and nicely decorated. The service and restaurant suggestions were great! However our 1st Room was a non smoking but the entire Room including the floor it was on smelled like someone had thrown a party. After changing rooms it was much better however we found bad stains on the comforter and had to have it changed out.

This hotel was nice. It was clean, the mattresses were comfortable. Breakfast was minimal because of COVID. They offered a free shuttle to Graceland, which was nice. The staff, particularly Tina and Flo, were outstanding and made this stay a standout.
