Fileria Suites is absolutely incredible. Amazing value for money. You just have to cross the road and walk a few yards before you're on the main Oia walkway. Both Dora and Vicki were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast is fantastic, we enjoyed ours on the balcony. Our taxi booking messed up their dates on our way back and Vicki sorted out a transfer to the airport immediately and got us to our flight on time. Absolute life-saver. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Santorini.

Office staff at this property is exceptional. They accommodated all of our request while booking us excursions that really elevated our experience in Santorini. Breakfast was served to our room and it was delicious. Location of this property is perfect and right next to the Main Street in Oia. The rooms were very modern and well maintained. The only thing missing from this property is complementary transfers and a pool.

I don’t even know where to begin… this place is INCREDIBLE! The rooms were comfortable and clean, the location was perfect, the breakfast is AMAZING (no seriously, I was surprised and impressed by the elaborate spread)… but the staff! The staff is what made my stay even more special! I was a solo traveler and Vasiliki not only warm welcomed me, she worked hard to make a last minute excursion happen for me. Then Dora, she was like meeting a long lost friend! She made sure I was able to find locations, suggested great restaurants and was just a joy to be around. This is the only place I’ll comeback and stay in Santorini and I look forward to seeing my new friends at the hotel again in the future!

Wonderful service! Above and beyond!

Amazing stay at Fileria! I can’t wait to go back to Santorini and stay again at Fileria Suites. They went above and beyond to help us after our tour we booked prior to traveling was cancelled last minute. They found other tour options and we ended up paying less than the one that cancelled on us. It was surprisingly also a private tour because it was just the beginning of tourism season during covid. After we changed hotels since we got free nights elsewhere, they still helped us book transportation around the island and to the airport which was amazing! Their breakfast was also super yummy and we loved enjoying it on our patio. The beds were honestly the best beds we slept on during our whole trip and the pillows weren’t those flat ones you would normally get at other places.

Can’t fault the place. Nice little room with balcony, clean, close to centre, good breakfast, staff is amazing.
