AC Hotel by Marriott New York Times Square

We needed a little getaway from reality with Covid so we decided to come spend the holiday at one of our favorite cities not too far from home and picked this hotel. So glad we did. Daniel was amazing. Came with our 3 months old and he took care of us right away and always gave us great tips and advice for things to do and eat. Hotel was perfectly located in walking distance to everything and the hotel itself felt safe and clean. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again

It was an amazing hotel experience with friendly service and the staff was very helpful and nice. The room was cool, the city at night looked awesome and they have a rooftop bar which is cool. I had an amazing time with my two night stay. Also the subway is on the corner and Times Square is like 3 blocks from the hotel which makes the hotel a nice one.

MUST READ!! This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. From day one that we got to the hotel we had to wait 2 hours before getting our room. The second we received our room our toilet was clogged, we were also told to make a 24hr in advance cleaning service appointment, which we did with the front desk 2 hours later I went down stairs to confirm that we would get a cleaning service the next morning. Long story short we stayed 4 nights 5 days and didn’t have our room cleaned once. I made 4 appointments all 24hrs in advance there excuses was because of Covid and the elevator not working, but magically on our 4th day there we saw the room right next door to us getting cleaned. I brought that to the front desk associate attention he came up with the excuse they now only get rooms ready when they have new in coming people showing up, thats there top priority. Moral of the whole story, this hotel is not an organized hotel. You can hear everything, constant noises, rooms next to you and outside. Whatever you do please don’t stay at this hotel. You won’t sleep and you’ll get the worst service.
