Holiday Inn Express & Suites Denver - Aurora Medical Campus

Stayed due to the proximity to UC Hospital. Room was clean & bed/pillows were great. Relaxing/efficient layout. Nice towels etc. Left a good tip for housekeeping. I feel it is important to tip these individuals. They actually work for their tip instead of a lot of individuals who feel the deserver to be tipped regardless of their effort.

Friendly, professional Front Desk Agents. Clean room & bathroom. Comfortable beds/ soft to firm pillow options. Stayed on 3rd floor. Could hear traffic throughout the night...great white noise if you need, not so great if you prefer a completely quiet room...probably should have requested quiet side of hotel room location. Blackout roller blinds. Did not try complementary breakfast buffet.

We stay here for medical appointments at UC Denver Anschutz Medical Campus. Hotel is close to the hospital, exceptionally quiet, with couteous, friendly staff and it is very clean.

The stay was great everyone helpful and friendly. The only draw back was the parking it is tight and few.

The hotel and staff are great. On the last moring of my stay someone's car alarm went off for an hour. Didn't seem like the staff did much to try and solve the issue. I also haven't received my $100 deposit back yet.

Well designed rooms, spacious, and clean. Appreciate that it looked like windows can be opened a crack, tho we did not open - too cold out. Only complaint would be road noise (we were on top floor, if that makes a difference). But I’m a light sleeper - kept fan going to help cover.

This hotel is VERY clean. It is situated right off a main road and the freeway, so it is quite noisy. The people at the desk are very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that the breakfast buffet was NOT self-serve because of the pandemic. The ladies doing the serving were very friendly. The bed was rather soft and lumpy...maybe time to upgrade mattresses? I didn't like the communal toiletries in the shower. Most hotels have little individual bottles of stuff. These were regular-sized bottles with a pump. Overall, I would give it a 4 out of 5, and I plan on staying here again. I was there for an appt.at UCHealth, and this is very close to that facility.

The breakfast service was great , coffee was very good
