Canopy by Hilton Dallas Uptown

2nd stay at The Canopy. Love the cleanliness of the hotel. Staff is always amazing. This is in a great location with plenty of places to eat around.

My stay at the Canopy was excellent from start to finish. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They made sure I had all the accommodations that I needed and even gave me a free gift at check-in. The rooftop bar has a beautiful view of downtown Dallas and the staff was super welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be coming back to the Hilton Canopy whenever I’m back in Dallas!

Stayed on the recommendation of some California friends. Was pleased with the overall stay, with the exception the advertised Roof top bar which we learned was closed Mondays and Tuesday. The little cafe actually had decent food. Would stay there again

GREAT location. Very clean and very Covid conscious. Nice sized rooms- we were a family of 4 and were very comfortable. Nice amenities. Absolutely would stay again. Location is key! Many restaurants, shops, nail boutiques. You name it, all walkable, safely and very quaint! Will stay here agian.

Really nice hotel. Location location location! Lots of shops and restaurants are walking distance. Free trolly transportation if needed. Rooftop bar is amazing!

It was miserable. We were locked out of the hotel. Two young girls in a big city. No one was at the front desk. The app didn’t work for checking in. We weren’t let in for 45 minutes. Terrible customer service.

Forget the long waits and overpriced parking, the Canopy Hilton Dallas Uptown was a great place. Check in was fast and swift. Parking is fine you can parallel park in the area or choose their parking for ($10 a night). The rooftop bar is actually nice, and social distancing is possible with the vast area, the views of the city were beautiful. If you’re looking for food you have plenty of options on the strand the hotel is located on, Grimaldis, Mediterranean, and a bar called skinny fats is a short walk across the street. Overall if it was for vacation this is good, if it’s for a corporate trip this is a big must. OH, LASTLY IT IS PET FRIENDLY JUST CALL IN ADVANCE TO GET A PER FRIENDLY ROOM.

Great place! Stayed a couple trips there now and will be back. Love the glass water bottle in the room and the self serve water dispenser on each floor.

This is a very beautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. My husband and I went for a quick couples weekend getaway and really enjoyed our stay. The only thing we weren't able to do was go to the rooftop bar as it was booked already. Now we know to book the rooftop bar at the same time we plan our next visit.
