Hotel Durban

Very friendly staff, great hotel overall! There are multiple atms around and a 7-11 close by also. This hotel is a good place between transit - Would recommend for the price and would stay again.

Charged my credit card for deposit wrongfully, then blamed me for "not giving a credit card but my visa card..." Somehow I'm supposed to know that! Was promised a refund but then once I checked out and was overseas, I received a crappy email saying its my fault for not giving a credit card and that I should dispute the transaction with my own bank.!😕 Con artists.

simple and basic accommodations in a convenient, but congested section of Makati. Rooms are simple and basic, but clean with private bathroom. Restaurant in the hotel was good. Staff are attentive and nice. I will stay here again.

Hotel rate may be on the high side as this is a boutique hotel, amenities such as bedroom slippers, shower cap are all not available. Furnitures in the room is really basic (example: low cost side table (chair)).

This hotel desperately needs soundproofing in their rooms (at least on the room that I stayed on). I could here conversations from the hallway and from adjacent rooms. My suggestion is they start giving out ear plugs just like those capsule hotels in Japan. One good note, condition of the room and bed comfort is really good.

Second time staying here and everything was as good as the first time! Would recommend!

The room was nice, comfortable and clean. Was small but worked well for me because I was by myself. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is close to many things to do and i felt pretty safe in the area. Ive stayed here several times and for the price im happy.

Very clean and modern, feels secure and safe. Convenient location with a very short walk to Burgos Street. Good value.
