The Capital Pearls

It was a lovely stay. The only snag is that there is no dressing table in the main bedroom to do your hair and make up etx. A bit of an oversight from the design team but other than that all else was up to standard.

I've been to the Capital Pearls about 8 times now and they never disappoint! Their service is impeccable!

First room I was in- DSTV was not working. Then moved to another room and sliding door was not working. I had to call more than 3 times for housekeeping to come clean the room this is after one of the cleaning ladies came to the room and promised to come back. I ordered a chicken burger and the chicken was half cooked. . That busines is soon going to collapse if you don’t don’t improve and do something about your staff. Balcony was dirty, room cleaning staff don’t move furniture around when cleaning. This is not my first time staying there and within a year your building is detoriating. . Pity the views are so great.

Front desk very helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping- needs attention items eg soap, dish cloth etc. lacking, cleaning times irregular, a check list might help them to know all is in place. Balcony not ever cleaned only ash tray emptied. Had to call for a toilet roll.
