Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Raleigh Cary

General manager David was rude tried to cancel my stay and he was very unprofessional when speaking to me.

Quick trip to see an art show and dinner with a friend. Clean room, very updated bath.

The room itself as well as hotel was very nice and cozy. The hot water wasn’t working well. My hot showers were lukewarm. The people in room beside me were the guests from hell . They argued n were loud so I could not rest.

We did have to relocate to a new room due to heat dysfunction. The wifi was difficult to connect to electronic devices. Although there was a couple of difficulties, the stay at the hotel inn was very nice! The customer service was great as well.

This is a great place to stay. The staff is amazing. Will stay here every time I am in Cary.

No sealed room with sanitization sticker compared to other local chain. Lots of noise facing I40 and railroad tracks despite being a Marriot rewards member. Morning bag breakfast was substandard compared to full hot breakfast with other local chain. Staff as helpful as they can be based on circumstances. Only redeeming factors were $20 cheaper per night compared to previous stay with other chain and amazing ramen dinner at Noodle Blvd across parking lot from hotel.

Pleasant stay, bag breakfast wasn't worth accepting.

Me and my wife had a great time at Fairfield. We will be staying again our next visit.
