The Bed&Breakfast located in the heart of Newport is steps from the beach, entrance to the Cliff Walk, close to downtown and the Art museum. Our room was very comfortable, spacious, super clean, and complete with whimsical furniture and accessories. We were warmly welcomed, and the whole stay was a true delight, as if we were staying at a family home.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay greatly. Admiral Sims is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood and all the major attractions are easy to reach. The room was large and comfortable, and our hosts were very accommodating with amenities including breakfast, snacks and coffee. Also, the Inn took all the necessary precautions for COVID-19 and have set up an essentially touch-free service system that should be reassuring for guests. Overall, one of the best small hotels we have stayed in.

This short visa was punctuated by cool morning breezes, birds calling and relaxingt with a coffee at the outdoor tables. The Adm. Sims House offers an ideal combination of quiet comfort and easy access to Thames St and downtown Newport. Our room was clean, our hosts friendly and our stay a complete pleasure.

We stayed in the studio apartment for three nights. The apartment was well appointed, spotless and comfortable. It was a good size for two people and within walking distance to Thames St. and the restaurants/shops in that area. Parking was right on the premises. The location was great! Check in/out was completely contactless.

Great communication, location perfect- short walk to town and the beach. Very clean, great breakfast!
