Very friendly and helpful staff

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, spacious and well-maintained rooms. It's near the Durian Roundabout, so it's easy to get to from a bus, and not a long walk to the river or into the tourist area, but some people may prefer to be closer to the restaurants and bars. The bed was not a great bed, but I've had worse.

Excellent

Absolutely lovely hotel with decent location, staff were so friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent.. the only thing to improve would be the size of the pool and sunbathing area otherwise I would highly recommend.

Easy quiet location with great service.perfect for families away from the noice but close walking distance to restaurants and riverside.

Friendly staff.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Pool small but a welcome dip after a long day cycling. No lift so just take into account that you might need to climb stairs with heavy luggage if you have mobility issues. We were on the third floor. Only downside was that the drains often smelt. We came back to our room to quite strong smells and again in the night. But this is Cambodia. Our room had a glass shower door for the toilet door - fine for us as we’ve been married 12 years but if you are on a romantic trip or sharing with someone you don’t know you might want to take this into account!! About 15 min walk into town or short tuk tuk ride for $2.

Nice place in a central location

The service and position is excellent. The swimming pool is completely shaded and quite cold for that time of year. We saw several rats around the pool but the cleaners seem to treat them like pets. Thankful we didn't see any in our room . The room was nicely air conditioned and quite clean. A nice place overall

Ignore the picture - pool is about 5x10 feet. No elevator. Room smells like sewage . They promised me a discount (charge $126). When do I get that?

Stayed two nights. The room was adequate in size and cleanliness. It was on the upper floor, four flights of stairs, no elevator. This was ok for us but be aware. Staff would have happily carried our luggage if we had large bags. The included breakfast was quite good except for the coffee which was undrinkable. Location was quiet and away from the Main Street on the river. It was walkable or easily reached by tuk tuk. The staff was helpful with tuk tuks but suggested we download an app to use which turned out to be helpful for the rest of our time in Cambodia. My only negative was that our room had sliding glass doors that went out to a balcony that other guests used as a smoking area. We had to keep the drapes closed all the time for privacy. Luckily there were not many people using this area. We could have requested a room change and it would have solved the problem. Overall it was a pretty good stay. There are limited options in Kampot which makes this a good choice if you are ok with stairs and the distance to the town.
