Darling Inn

The Inn was lovely, homey, room was very cute. May have been a tad small for two, but I was alone so it was great. There was no microwave or fridge. The bed was comfortable. I saw a tavern across the street, so that was walkable, but it would've been too far to comfortably walk to the downtown area.

Unclean and unsatisfactory

I drew a bath after coming in from a long day of driving and as soon as I went to sit in the bath, I looked over and saw what appeared to be vomit on the toilet that had been wiped slightly at the top. When confronting the lady at the front desk, she didn't seem to care at all and said that someone must have gone in there after inspection and vomited. If it hadn't been so late when I turned in, I would have asked for a room change. The room also does not look like the pictures at all- run down. The breakfast buffet is also just a basket of food delivered to your door restricting you to a 1.5 hour time frame to when your food might be delivered.

This hotel is so cute and comfortable! The spa tub In the room was so relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We came to La Conner on the coldest day of the year which made this place extra magic. Spacious jetted tub and amazing room. Friendly staff and lobby with DVD's and books to borrow. Cooked breakfast delivered to our rooms. No micro or fridge but due to its close location to restaurants and coffee shops not needed.

A Nice Place to Land in La Conner

The Wild Iris is a lovely boutique inn in La Conner that offers very clean and comfortable accommodations. It can include a lovely BnB style breakfast in a small dining area with tables well spaced apart at a time when most hotels are offering their breakfasts to go, in plastic wrap for safety. Nice, safe, lovely touch. We noted that the rooms were warm, a bit difficult to cool down, some baseboards were missing and power outlets were missing their covers. Overall a very nice place to land, and we'd recommend staying here again.
