Communication - Staff called the very moment I returned to my apartment and inform that the wall of the storeroom has some markings and ask if my kids have cause them. Am shock as I have not access the room prior to the call.

Great stay and excellent value in Chengdu. Great to stay in a large apartment vs smaller hotel room and have all the amenities. Nice and quiet too. Close walk to the subway as well as taxis near the Ritz Carlton.

I really liked the helpfulness of the staff and the fact that they spoke English. The location is very good. Walking distance from restaurants, shopping, and the Metro. The suites themselves are very spacious. It was really nice to have a washing machine and clothes rack for drying.

Service is tremendous from the front desk to house keeping, it is a great place to stay and we have made the right decision, an all round great place to stay.

Was a switch by hotels.com because Mecure booking has some issues, this hotel is fantastic!!

The property is located at a distance to the nearest Metro station, but who cares because we always take "Didi taxi" to the popular places of visit in down town, costing less than US$2. There is no problem to locate the lobby which is on the 3/f floor via 2 flights of long escalators, once you get used to it. The property is well and newly furnished. Beds are comfortable and heating is functioning well. There is a fulluy equipped kitchen but the mostly used equipment is the microwave because serious cooking is really not desirable due to the lack of cooking condiments. The apartment provides really good coffee and tea, however you have to get it from the Lounge located on 5/f, a bit inconvenient if you want a sip of coffee in your pajamas. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always carry a smile. I will certainly recommend it to my friends for their visit to Chengdu.

We had a lovely stay and the staff was very helpful with everything. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are well equipped.

The staffs of the guest service team were kind and helpful. We really enjoyed the trip.
