The desk person couldn't find us in his system and told us to contact Expedia regarding the money paid and reservation NOT found in their system. I spent about 30 mins insisting he check with their other staff member off site. Later they DID find the reservation and processed us. They need an ONSITE computer system NOT offsite.

Property is nice located dose not have a beach but the staff service is terrible did not get the room what I had paid because they overbooked hated it!!

The villa was very spacious with lots of room for guests and a full kitchen. The property is nicely designed, however, it was very dirty and the pictures are deceiving - we did not have towels or soap in our rooms and had to request every little thing. The kitchen appliances were dirty, the iron was broken, the sheets had stains on them and there was even hair on the pillowcase. I would NOT recommend this place. The location is also not convenient and we had to take transportation to get to down town or the beaches, which we ended up paying a good amount for.

property was hard to find. had to pay for two taxis to bring us to hotel first one brought us to another hotel with similar name in downtown cancun. we rented a car at airport and had to follow a cab driver to bring us to hotel. when entering the address in GPS it brings you to another place down the road. I didn't get an email back when I tried to get some information about the property and the amenities in the room. Also didn't get the ocean view room that I booked. power went out one nighthad to go to another hotel because my friend wasn't feeling well and needed AC. Fridge is in very terrible conditionall broken. Dust all over the walls and we has a family of lizards living in tree trunk used for decoration in bedroom. Drain clogged in bathroom and had to get staff member to unclog. looks like the room was unused for a long time. besides that, the hotel is a walking distance to the marina where you take the boat to Isla Mujeres which was the highlight if our trip. staff is very friendly and helpful. in few words, the hotel needs a lot of updating and a fresh coat of paint along with professional dusting and window cleaning. I give it 2 1/2 stars or 2 stars. it can be paradise with a bit more TLC. pictures on web site have been taken long time ago

The place stunk like a sewer! The bathroom floor mat was soaked with sewer water when we checked in. Overcharged us but eventually corrected it after I have to aggressively show proof. Think it was because I was a Gringo.

Location ideal for taking the ferry to isla mujeres. Facility could use some love. Some of the staff was super helpful and sweet, some not so much.
