In Florence Apartments

It is a nice place to spend 2 or 3 days in Florence

Positives: Great service, great size apartment, very comfy bed, not far from local stores, close to Florence main station, elevator in building, WiFi good. Negatives: Door to building didn't lock so wasn't a secure apartment, it was quite noisy till around midnight with either traffic or people noise, there was nothing to wash the dishes with in the apartment, mosquitoes in apartment. If you can get to sleep through anything the bed is just sublime!

The place is great little far from center though Many amenities however needed basics like dish soap, sponges coffee filters paper towels in order to be able to use the amenities

though our trip got postponed.. I got very good service over the phone and with the change of the dates. The receptionist was extremely helpful and understandable and did everything to accomodate us with giving us a new date! That was service is all about! Well done indeed!!!

Our stay was comfortable. The appartment is equipped with everything one can expect within the price range. The response from apartment manager for any issue was quick and full of solutions.
