not as good as it's been...

The dresser drawers won't stay closed- banged my knee in the night. The shower drain is slow. Booked a room with a king bed- given a room with 2 queens and couldn't change. The heater ran hot then cold air alternating all night- finally had to turn it off completely.

Perfect stay! Great for Kids

Was a very nice stay, several times a year I take my 5 grandkids on a hotel overnight for swimming and fun family cousin time. We have so much fun, Homewood Suites is the perfect place. we stay in the Apartment Suite that is very spacious for all 6 of us. Very clean and employees are very friendly. Our check in was quick and painless....she was very pleasant and helpful, you know she enjoys assisting the customers :) Breakfast was awesome, too!

We booked a 1 bedroom with two queen size beds. They gave us a much smaller room with one king bed. When we called the front desk the man said Expedia messed it up. At first he said the room we booked was available then he completely changed his story. Extremely unprofessional and shady. He said if we wanted our money back we had to go through Expedia. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are awful.

I thought the room we had was perfect. Although, the pull out mattress was a little gross, it had leftover Stuff around it. We just asked for extra blankets and stuff to put on top , it was fine. The breakfast was really good. They had a variety of things to choose from. The oatmeal was amazing on Friday. Saturday, not so much. Lol. It was dry and not edible. But the eggs were good. Overall, really great place to stay.

My stay was perfect the hotel is very clean and the staff was super nice and helpful overall we had a perfect stay! The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was not hot was the only downfall but overall it was still a great place to stay!

The staff helped provide special accommodations and went out of their way to help. The room is very clean and comfortable. I would absolutely book this hotel again for my next business trip.

Great location in Novi

Nice, newer property next to restaurants and The Twelve Oaks Mall. I would definitely stay again. The hot tub and pool were nice, and they are open until 10 pm. The beds were so comfortable. The full kitchen in the suite was great! The check in and out went smoothly. The coffee in the lobby was outstandling! The two tv's were nice too. The only disappointment was the shallow bathtub which had a lot of caulking on the sides and bottom, but the shower pressure was nice.
