Stormy Point Village Lakeside

Beautiful property, clean, friendly staff. Easy check in, nice room.

Our condo was just as cute as the pictures indicated. It was also really clean. We used the fold out couch in the living room and I didn't see a crumb or speck of dust inside the couch! The kitchen appliances are nice and high quality. We had a difficult time finding the resort and found the location to be a bit cumbersome when driving to and from Branson. A couple more amenities would have made the drive more worth it.

While the place was alright and they called it a condo. It was nothing more than another hotel room with a built in sink for a kitchen. I was under the impression I was renting a small "cabin" or house looking off the pictures and website. When in reality you get there it was nothing more than a hotel room in its own building. Slightly disappointed. The houses that I thought we were renting is in the village part. They are very nice from the outside view and look great from the view of the "condo" I believe Hotels.com miss represents what you are actually renting. Renter BEWARE Lakeside means "condo" Village means house. Thankfully we didnt have our kids! Only one bed and very uncomfortable at that.

This place misrepresented themselves online in regards to the accommodation I booked. Online ads showed a beautiful property with a bar and a nice pool when I got there I realized I wasn't going to be staying on the property but instead several hundred yards away in a hotel with no pool and no bar. I complained and they said well you can swim and drink here and then drive to the other property which I thought was a joke. If course I ask for a refund they said they were fully booked and was going to charge me at least the one night whether I stay or not I complained about them misrepresenting themselves and keeping my money. Noting that even though they say they were fully booked they were able to somehow offer me a $200 a night upgrade. Which of course was a lie, how can you be fully booked but then offer an upgrade. Anyways this place is dishonest, they ripped me off and then got mad at me for complaining. Based on some of the other reviews I understand that they are also a timeshare high pressure sales gimmick as well As for me I have to dispute through my financial institution and if need be I will take it to small claims court. bringing the ads in the original booking and comparing to what they were actually going to try to put me in. I absolutely refuse to let these people rip me off Do yourself a favor...just don't do it.

The address given does not match check in. The pictures provided do not match where they put you. Good points: the lady that told us about Groupon, the stackable washer dryer. Down points listed above but add no view of lake to the list.

This was like a hotel and nice. It was clean enough. I'm not sure they scrub the flooring but it was swept.

Elevator was out. From what I understand it’d been that way a couple of weeks. Bottom of feet were dirty after you showered from walking across the floor

#1 elevator didn’t work. And of course no one knew when or if it would be repaired. #2 sheets were old and stained! #3 condos were located in like an afterthought parking lot that had the “locals” boats. #4 ZERO view of the lake! #5 you didn’t notice the floors hadn’t been mopped until after your shower and you walked around barefoot ready to get in bed and noticed the bottom of your feet were filthy!! Not a fan at all! Will NOT ever go back

Excellent property and staff. The unit was perfect for my family of 4. The decor was great.
