Easy check in and check out (12 pm for weekends). Friendly and professional employees. Cleaning is a 3.5/4. Found water, toilet paper and other toiletries. Starbucks downstairs, as well as a burger place; 2 Carrefour express and one Dia supermarket on the same street. 15-20 minutes walk to a lot of famous places. Would definitely return and recommend it.

O quarto é lindo e a vista para a cidade é fantástica! Desde o check in ate o check out foi tudo muito bem! O quarto atende todas as necessidades! O Ar quente nos ajudou no frio intenso que estava em BsAs É perto de tudo! Galeria Pacífico, restaurantes, teatro Colon etc... Super indico!

this place is a Apartment for rent not a Hotel you need to do everything, no Breakfast, no clean your room you need to do, if see you need Toilet paper you need to purchase they give one roll and is all.

As a short term solution for somewhere to stay Top Rentals was great. The room was a good size and was bright. The only real negative I would give it would be the water pressure in the shower was quite low. I suppose this is what you get for being so far up a tower block though. Overall it was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

I was very pleaded with this hotel! The view was the best I"ve seen of my city! Minor suggestions would be more comfortable pillows and to lower the intensity of the AC light. We'll be back! :)
