Residence Inn St Louis Westport

Everything was clean, comfortable and in good condition. We had low expectations for the grab n' go breakfast, but it was much better than we had experienced at some other hotels. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The worst experience ever the bald head manger very disrespectful the lady at the front desk with the glasses hella rude didn’t explain nothing the day before I checked in I called got all information about the room I got there after they took the money off my card the told me me and my 4 children couldn’t stay cause it was 5 of us mind y’all I have 4 kids and just me when I called yesterday and told them how many of us it was I got the 1 bedroom king suite so how was that to many for one room my oldest is 6 and youngest 2 so there babies they didn’t wanna refund my money we never made it to the room I had to wait 1 hour for my money to be back in my account after a 14 hour drive this was the worst time of my life never again the manger told me I was a lie I didn’t talk to nobody then told me I can buy about room how would I separate me and my children told me this what I get for booking thru a third party site I’m totally pissed

The room was very musty and humid. Noted mildew in shower area.

All of the employees are very pleasant, the room is great, and the view is okay. The ac is a bit loud.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and they made sure to take all necessary safety precautions in response to COVID.
