Century 21 Motel

The only complaint I have is that the bed was very firm.

You get what you get. The price was right for our stay, and I didn't mind the retro feel, it was kind of what we were looking for. I don't know whether it was just due to the Covid-19 situation or not, but the lobby was locked and all business was conducted through a window. It was only 6:00 PM when we arrived, so found that to be a little impersonal.

Looks can be decieving..we payed for 2 nights, found bedbugs! Lots! When i told the front and showed them the bugs, they blamed US and said we brought them..refused to reimburse us for the second night and wouldnt let us switch rooms. We will not be returning. BED BUGS! ROACHES!

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. THE PROPERTY IS SCUZZY AND WRLL I DIDNT LIKE ANYTHING

The mattress' were thin, could feel the box underneath. The room smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. Had to leave the fan on the entire stay so my kids didn't get grossed out by the smell. The toilet seat was broken. Towels smelled like smoke.

I had to use my phone to call the front desk to get someone to check me in when I arrived. I knocked and called hello for over 5 minutes with no response, then used the phone to contact them.

Horrible customer service and rude would like parcell refund

Thr staff at centry 21 were very unpleasnt and down right rude. I didnt stay there for reather of the 2 days i reserved. I want a full refund i none of tge rules fir a nonrefund apply to thus situation as i was there bith days trying to check in the firt day wad told they didn't have any rooms left even though the reservtion had already been made prior to arrival. Plz refund the complete amount witch i woukd like mailed to my self at my address as to the fact that my purse was stolen oyt if my car while i was tryibg to check in to the centry 21 hotel. I was told tgst they are not resonable for any damage to my car and futher more they do nit have working carmas in the parking lot...... Very very unplesant staff and a complete waste of my time and money

No problems with the book in and the place was easy to find. Lots of eating close by.

It was nice and quick process ,easy in and out.person in desk was nice and the place was well take care for.
