Garden Palace

Have just returned from 7 days stay at Garden Palace, fully recommend it for staff help and friendliness, very comfortable beds, great food and position. Only down side is the lack of a lift but there are always staff available to help with suitcases to get up/down stairs. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and see you next year.

Good hotel. Nice for the price and room a little small but excellent value. Nice breakfast.

Perfect all round and as well as being close to the centre, (10 minute srtoll) was far enough away to be quiet! When I am allowed to return to Krakow, will look no further!

Was a lovely place with a fantastic restaurant. Staff were helpful and cheerful. Lack of lift did not effect us but may cause problems for some. There was some work being done next door but we are heavy sleepers so again didn't make any difference to us. A nice stay.

It was amazing. A lovely hotel with a great service

The hotel had all the features you would expect which included a fridge which great for storing cupcakes in from cupcake corner (definitely recommend a visit) , tea making facilities, a warm and cosy room and a reasonable breakfast. The room was a good size for 3 adults with a double bed and a separate side room with a single bed. The bathroom was lovely with an excellent shower. The the hotel was near to the square which made exploring nice and easy. If returning to Krakow I would definitely stay here again and I definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel. Great value and only 10 minutes walk to the Square. Staff really friendly and rooms spotless. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay. Couldn’t have been more accommodating. We had an early start one morning and were going to miss breakfast so the hotel made us a lunch to take with us. Brilliant.

The room was a little small, but apart from that everything was excellent.

What a lovely find! Central to all amenities, staff were lovely, hotel beautiful and clean. Breakfast was a perfect start to the day. If there was one thing I could say as a negative, it would be that the hotel has no lift.
